General Sales Conditions
Products purchased on www.ghn.it are sold directly by Ghini Riccardo di Blu Srl & C. sas , a company under Italian law, with registered office in via Pantaneto 7 , Siena 53100, registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Siena SIENA at no. 31093 , CF/VAT number 00048630529 .
The offer and sale of products on the website www.ghn.it are governed by these General Conditions of Sale.
The General Conditions of Sale may be periodically updated; those published on www.ghn.it and accepted at checkout are considered effective and binding.
Please read the terms and conditions of sale carefully before proceeding with your purchase.
Purchase methods
For each product selected, a descriptive sheet is displayed, with the image and essential characteristics, for example: color, size, unit price.
The images and colors of the products offered for sale on www.ghn.it may not correspond to the actual ones due to the Internet browser and/or monitor used: Ghini Riccardo of Blu Srl & C. sas is not responsible for any inaccuracies due to a particular computer configuration or malfunction.

Product availability
The products offered for sale and their relative prices are those indicated on www.ghn.it
If the products are not available at the time of ordering, the corresponding size will not be displayed.
If, due to simultaneous purchases by multiple customers, the ordered product is no longer available, an order cancellation email will be sent.
Ghini Riccardo of Blu Srl & C. sas may change the products offered for sale on at any time and without notice. www.ghn.it and the relative price.
Product price
The price of each item is indicated in euros: taxes included (VAT), shipping costs excluded for countries within the European Union. Taxes excluded (VAT), shipping costs excluded for countries outside the European Union.
Shipping costs and any customs duties are indicated before payment and calculated based on the destination of the goods. (Shipping Methods)
ORDER
Order
Placing a purchase order implies knowledge of these general conditions of sale and their unconditional acceptance.
Orders can be placed after registering and/or creating a personal account ("register for free") for the Customer. Please remember to carefully read the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Orders are placed by following the steps and instructions specified on the website.
The purchase of products offered for sale on www.ghn.it can be made by consumers/customers who have reached the age of majority and who are acting exclusively on their own behalf.
The sale and/or distribution of products purchased on www.ghn.it is prohibited.
Ghini Riccardo of Blu Srl & C. sas reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of orders received.
Ghini Riccardo of Blu Srl & C. sas will communicate to the customer via email if it is unable to accept the orders received.
Order confirmation
Upon completion of the purchase, the Customer receives written confirmation of the product ordered, the amount to be paid, with details of the product price and shipping costs and any customs duties for non-EU countries.
Ghini Riccardo of Blu Srl & C. sas send a subsequent order confirmation via email with the relevant product delivery times.
Payment methods
Ghini Riccardo of Blu Srl & C. sas accepts payments made with the following credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro. The products ordered remain the property of Ghini Riccardo of Blu Srl & C. sas until the relevant price has been fully collected.
SHIPPING METHODS
Shipping Methods
Information on shipping methods, costs, and any customs duties are provided at the time of purchase. Shipping costs for orders outside of Italy and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged to your credit or debit card at the time of purchase.
Shipping costs
All purchases with an address in Italy are delivered via DHL, SDA, TNT, Poste Italiane, Nexive, UPS, Bartolini . For all other destinations, courier services are used. FedEx and UPS .
Once the items have been shipped, it is no longer possible to change the shipping address.
Delivery zones
The delivery of the products is made to the address requested by the Customer.
Delivery times
From the receipt of the order, the delivery time of the products is as follows:
Italy 2 - 3 working days*
Islands 3 - 5 working days*
Other destination 3 - 4 working days*
*Except for customs delays and unforeseen courier events for which we are not responsible.
Please provide a valid shipping address. Please notify us promptly of any address changes.
Once the shipment has been made, it is not possible to change the destination address.

Products can also be delivered via partial shipments: in this case, only the price of the products shipped and the cost of each individual shipment will be charged. In the event of partial shipments, you will be notified via email.
Any delivery delays exceeding 10 (ten) working days must be reported promptly to our Customer Service and in any case within 30 (thirty) calendar days of order confirmation.
Receiving merchandise
To ensure the safety of the shipment, the forwarder requires the recipient's signature upon delivery; if this is not possible, the goods will not be delivered.
If, upon delivery, the external appearance of the package shows imperfections, the Customer can refuse the shipment or sign with reservation of inspection.
We recommend inspecting the goods upon delivery and verifying that the quantity delivered corresponds to the order and that the packaging is intact and undamaged or otherwise altered. Any anomalies must be noted in writing on the courier's delivery note.
Any delivery problems must be reported promptly to our Customer Service and in any case within 30 (thirty) calendar days of order confirmation.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns and Exchanges
If the products do not satisfy you, you can request a refund or exchange.
The conditions for exchanges and returns are as follows:
Returns Procedure
The purchased goods can be returned within 15 days days from the delivery date.
Returns made after the indicated deadline can be accepted exclusively at the discretion of Ghini Riccardo of Blu Srl & C. sas .
Ghini Riccardo of Blu Srl & C. sas refunds the full cost of the products returned by the Customer provided they are accompanied by the return authorization issued by Ghini Riccardo of Blu Srl & C. sas .
The refund, excluding shipping costs, will be credited to the same credit or debit card used for the purchase or to the bank account used for the bank transfer.
To carry out the return procedure it is necessary to send an email to ordini@ghn.it to obtain a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
To make a return, wait for the return authorization issued by Ghini Riccardo of Blu Srl & C. sas .
The email with the return authorization must be included inside the package.
Ghini Riccardo of Blu Srl & C. sas Please send a pre-filled form with the destination address to be applied to the package with the return authorization.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Returns will only be accepted if the procedure outlined in this section is followed.
Products must be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during shipping.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

Ghini Riccardo of Blu Srl & C. sas Send an email confirming receipt of the return and initiating the refund process. The refund for the price of the returned products will be made within 15 days of the date on which Ghini Riccardo of Blu Srl & C. sas received the returned product in the conditions indicated.
Return Conditions
Returned products must be unworn, unused, and undamaged. They must still have all original tags and security seals intact.
Shoes must be tried on a carpet and returned in the original box, which is an integral part of the product. Shoes returned without the box or in a damaged box may be refused and returned to the customer.
Underwear and swimwear should be tried on over your own underwear and without removing the protective sticker.
If the sticker is removed, the return will not be accepted and will be sent back to the Customer.
Returns that do not meet all the required conditions will not be accepted.

Exchanges
It's not possible to exchange a purchased item. You'll need to return it and purchase a new one.
Defective merchandise
Products received already damaged or showing defects of conformity are considered defective.
You can request an exchange for a defective product within 15 days of the delivery date, following the same steps as for Returns/Exchanges.
In such cases, Ghini Riccardo of Blu Srl & C. sas will replace the defective item with an identical one, if available, or repair it if possible.
The replacement product will be sent to the Customer by courier without additional shipping costs.
In case the replacement or repair of the product is not possible Ghini Riccardo of Blu Srl & C. sas proceeds with the refund. The refund, including shipping costs in the case of an originally defective product, will be made to the same credit or debit card used by the Customer for payment.
Gift returns
For products purchased and sent as gifts, returns can only be exercised by the Customer and under no circumstances by the recipient of the gift, following the same steps as for Returns/Exchanges.
It is understood that the integrity of the product is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal.
Reimbursements
Customers who are not satisfied with the product received can return it within 15 days from the delivery date.

The refund of the price of the returned products will take place within 15 working days from the date on which Ghini Riccardo of Blu Srl & C. sas received the returned product in the conditions indicated.
The refund will be made to the same credit or debit card used by the Customer for payment, excluding shipping costs (unless the products are originally defective).
Customs charges and sales taxes are non-refundable for orders placed outside the EU.
