Returns and Refunds
GHN is committed daily to ensuring quality products and services, with the aim of offering the best possible shopping experience to its customers.
If, for any reason, the customer is not satisfied with the order received, they may exercise the right of withdrawal as provided for by current legislation on e-commerce and consumer protection.
Products purchased as a gift can only be returned by the customer who placed the order.
Direct exchange of items is not possible: if a different product is desired, it will be necessary to return the purchased item and place a new order.
Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to articles 52 and following of Legislative Decree 206/2005 ("Consumer Code"), the consumer customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without having to provide reasons within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to send an email to:

The communication must contain:
- order number;
- name of the order holder;
- products to be returned.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, returned products must meet the following conditions:
- they must not have been used, worn, washed, or damaged;
- they must be returned in the same condition in which they were received;
- they must include original packaging, accessories, any dust bags, shoulder straps, gadgets, and components;
- they must have intact and unremoved GHN tags and security seals.
For hygiene or commercial protection reasons, GHN reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the above conditions.
Footwear returned without its original box or with a significantly damaged box may not be accepted or may incur a reduction in the refundable amount, as provided by current legislation.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return request, you must:
- Send an email to ordini@ghn.it within 14 days of goods delivery, indicating the order number and the items to be returned.
- Await confirmation and instructions from Customer Service.
- Carefully pack the parcel using suitable packaging to protect the goods during transport.
- Ship the return within 14 days of the withdrawal communication, following the instructions received from Customer Service.
GHN reserves the right not to accept returns sent without prior authorization.
Refund
Once the return is received and the conformity of the returned products is verified, GHN will proceed with the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the initial purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
Any crediting times may vary depending on the banking circuit or the payment method used.
Initial shipping costs will only be reimbursed in cases provided for by current legislation. Any costs for returning the goods remain the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise indicated or in the case of a defective or incorrect product.
Defective or Incorrect Products
In the event that the customer receives a defective, damaged, or non-conforming product to the order placed, it is necessary to promptly contact Customer Service, attaching any photographic documentation.
In such cases, GHN will verify the issue and, where applicable, offer a replacement, refund, or other solution in accordance with applicable regulations.
Limitations
GHN reserves the right to refuse return requests:
- made beyond the deadlines set by law;
- lacking the requirements indicated in this section;
- relating to products used or altered from their original state.
