GHN ships via BRT and SDA with delivery generally expected within 24/48 working hours from dispatch, barring delays not attributable to the seller or difficult-to-reach destinations/islands.

Orders are processed on working days, from Monday to Friday, after payment confirmation. Orders placed during the weekend or on holidays will be processed starting from the first available working day.

Once the shipment is entrusted to the courier, the customer will receive a tracking code via e-mail to monitor the delivery status in real-time directly on the assigned courier's website.

Shipments are made throughout Italy with careful and suitable packaging to ensure maximum product protection during transport.

Upon delivery, the customer is required to check that:

• the package is intact and undamaged;
• the sealing tape and seals are intact;
• the number of packages matches what is indicated in the transport document.

In case of a damaged, opened, or tampered package, the customer is invited to accept the delivery "with specific reservation" or to refuse the package, promptly contacting our customer service.

If delivery cannot be made due to an incorrect/incomplete address, incorrect telephone number, or repeated absence of the recipient, the package may be returned to the sender. Any additional storage or re-shipping costs may be charged to the customer.

We reserve the right to limit or not make shipments to particular locations such as:

• Livigno
• Campione d’Italia
• Republic of San Marino
